Anger seems to have taken the front seat today. I can handle this emotion better than other ones. Just put my system of a down playlist on and get shit done. I'm the type tho that when I get really pissed, I cry. It's the only way I know how to release the negative energy without the use of physical violence. Today for some reason I want to hold on to the anger. Maybe I'm scared of what emotions come after letting the anger pass. Idk.... I just don't normally hold on to hate, anger, or anything like that. It's a little scary that I want to embrace it.

Anger sometimes does get the best of us. However, it sounds like you already know that it isn't healthy for you to cling to it- always best to let it go, release the negativity in a healthy fashion (even crying) and then refocus your thoughts and energies into something positive and productive. Otherwise, anger turns into bitterness and bitterness has a way of taking root in our hearts- turning our outlook and disposition into a rotten mess. Don't let anger get the best of you and believe that you can let go in just the right timing. Praying you find your way and peace will take place in your heart.
