I am soooo grateful that my son just became part of Toy Machine’s skate team today and the next step is to become pro. He is already sponsored by many companies but to be on Toy Machine’s flow means more travel and more people will take notice.
I am grateful that I an managing to consistently work out for 45 minutes a day lately and back to creating art. I feel more alive.

That is beyond cool about your son. 🤩 And good news about your day.I'm having a rough time lately... we got hit with some more sad news this week... so having a tough time being happy/grateful. The sun is out today, so happy about that... especially since we are getting together with my family for dinner tonight.
That’s great about your son, it takes real skill to skateboard, fantastic hobby and wow the chance to go pro is awesome…what age is he? Our son still skateboards at 35 and still loves it!
What a turnaround you've accomplished. I'd love to see what art you're creating when you're ready to share.
All good news about your son, you, and your Dad. I hope he continues well.
I got up really late -- after finally getting a good sleep; boy I'm grateful about that. So I'm not really with it today. It's hard knowing where I am with my usual routine.
I think you’re beautiful. I don’t feel beautiful when I feel down especially but I think when we are kind, gentle, when we smile and love people that is when I notice beauty shining through the most.
I am grateful for a 3 day break, we hadn’t been away for 8 years! So lovely up on the N.Norfolk coast and I am grateful for all the beautiful birds we saw- especially the Brent geese who will be setting off back to Siberia again - can’t get over the distance they travel without getting lost…
I think you’re right! Every once in a while today I’ve gotten so scared but I think it’s from needing to embrace the good as you say, and not think too hard on it. Happy Friday!!! I’m glad you’re here beautiful Agora.
First off let me congratulate you on exercising 45 min daily and doing art. Those are two of my goals to exercise more and be creative and I haven't done it.
I'm grateful for a couple new friends I've made recently
Thank you! Great goals… you can do it… it took me a while to really get into the exercising… I had to start very small and focus on the exercises most motivating and pleasurable to me or I probably wouldn’t have kept it up. And with the art I was able to try with a change in mindset and some inspiration from peeps on here.
I walk for 20 or 30 minutes every day. Been doing more 20 minute walks lately. I did hike for an hour the other day. I'd like to paint. I bought some paper and paints and little canvases , rocks, clay pots over last year and can't get inspired to paint any of them. How'd you get inspired? depression really messes my with my motivation.
Yes I agree it’s hard to get inspired for me these days too. There’s a post up here in HU with people’s art posted which is what inspired me. Let me find it and I’ll tell you what it’s called… be right back.
I'm grateful that it's my Spring Break and all my plans are low-key. I'm grateful for the chance to reset and rethink and continue my positivity mindfulness at work to survive the last 7 weeks of school. I'm thankful that warmer weather is here for the most part
What a lot of really good news! It's uplifting, isn't it, when everything comes together. I'm grateful that my back hurts less when I get up and that I have managed quite a bit of cleaning.
Awww thanks MaggieSylvie. Glad your back is better and you were able to clean. I’ve been using a roller on my back these days it’s helpful. Stay positive!!
