I was lost in a suicide spell

Deeper & deeper

Day after day

Week after week

Closer & closer

Angry

Hating

Hurting

Silently screaming

Isolating

Planning

Dying slowly for months

Somehow & with the assistance of My Wife, I was able to come up for air

Just in time

And long enough save my life

Being able to share this here feels very freeing & reliving

May we all find lasting relief, help, & the healing we need 💙
