Bi male who loves his wife

Don’t know if this is appropriate or even important enough on here but going insane and often depressed with the dilemma of staying faithful in a marriage with a women I truly love but have deep attractions and need for intimacy with other men. Was at the brink with the realization of identity 10 or so years ago but since improve only to fall into periodic despair at unrequited attractions as time ticks by. Are there any other men in this situation to share with?!?
