Do you guys ever have anxiety where you think of the worst case scenario but you’re seriously stuck in your thoughts that you feel so slow all day?

But I am not slow

I just stuck in my overthinking thoughts

So no not good

Talk too your doc if you have a doc that you trust

Yea I’m going to see a therapist this weekend and I seriously can’t wait to just let it all out.

I have done for jears

And that is not ok

I whas lissen too my therapist

Normal I get angry

I’m happy I don’t get panic attacks, they sound bad. I just worry a lot!!!
