Small victories

Hello everyone since my last post I have been better somewhat .. but I’m here to talk about eating I have lost 25 pounds in over a months time I can’t get myself to eat or ever finish anything I went from eating 20 piece chicken nuggets to maybe 4

I went from eating 4 times a day to maybe eating a bag of chips at work. But today I was able to finish my lunch and I feel so proud.

This seems like a minimal victory but for me it means so much bc I cannot remember the last time I finished something and it feels so good

Small steps RainbowKitty will get you back where you belong.

Once your body starts accepting food again, it will get easier.

You did good today :) xx

a victory of any sort big or small deserves a pat on the back and even the odd bar of chocolate hey why not you deserve it.
