Acupuncture appointment

Today was my appointment. I felt nervous and not knowing what to expect. The doctor was warm, calm and understanding. During my consultation, she made me feel at ease. I had a small attack she helped calm me. After she put the needles, I didn’t feel anything. After a few minutes, i felt like my lower half felt relaxed but I was still tense in my upper body. I started to get distracted with the room. Counted how may mini bars were holding the light, how many vents 🤦🏽‍♀️ hard time relaxing. Anyways, I feel a bit more relaxed. I set up another appointment. We’ll see!

Good for you Yumaris. After a while you may even be able to doze off

for a while. It takes several times before you get the hang of it. The next

time, try closing your eyes and do some deep breathing. It will help work

with the acupuncture treatment. Enjoy that calm feeling. xx
