So I went to a new doctor today and they prescribed me a different medicine for my anxiety and also prescribed me Ambien to help me sleep. Now I’ve heard some pretty scary stuff about Ambien and I guess I’m just worried or wondering if anyone has taken it and what their experiences were

Hi RainborKitty, my daughter takes it and found that her dreams are a little more vivid.
Other than that no ill side effects. I wish you well if you choose to try it.
