When you started medication for your illness, did you take time off work to let it settle in ?

I did not when I started but I am on medical leave at this time due to my depression and anxiety.

I started some of my meds last weekend but felt awful from them and decided not to take them but I’m afraid I’ll get worse now. I’ve been taking melatonin for sleep some nights and Gabapentin for sleep some nights. But I still only get 4 hours sleep max. Ugh.

4 hours is better than no hours lol trust me I know both too well!! My dr just upped my cymbalta to the max dose it’s def helping but like today I’m still suffering with anxiety. It really sucks

I’m sorry you’re suffering right now. I have been there. ❤️
