I reached my limit with depression and anxiety a long time ago. I’m stuck so I tried to find a way to reach out. I did some searching and found this app. I don’t fully understand what I’m supposed to post or how I’m supposed to talk. I hope I’m doing this right.
Do your best, whenever you can.

you are doing it right, you just talk about how you feel, maybe some issues you are dealing with, whatever. I was wondering if you are seeing a doctor for your condition. Some people are currently seeking treatment and others do not. I personally do. I think the biggest thing is finding help that works for you and being active in that treatment. If something doesn't work, you have to say it isn't working and try a new avenue.
I’m not seeing a doctor for a few reasons and I know that none of them are good. I’ve worked myself into a corner and when I try to push out of it, I just fall right back into it.
I want to get help, I really do, but I just don’t see a way to do it without making things worse one way or another.
The cost certainly doesn’t help.
I don’t mean to make excuses, and I think that’s the problem. I’ve overthought everything and now I don’t know what to think.
Do you not have insurance? If you live near a large hospital, some offer some form of free care. I am not sure how seeking help can make you worse. As for the rest, well, I can only say the decision is yours. The person it effects, is you. I wish you luck.
Seeing your contribution it seems you need to talk to a Doctor and start treatment pathway. We can listen and suggest ways to help yourself,
Try Relaxation Techniques, Mindfulness comes to mind, you can purchase a book on Amazon, that may help. Look at pinned posts that may help in the first place.
