I just wanted to pop in and tell you about a free app that my therapist suggested to me. It is called Fear Tools. The icon is a little treasure chest.
It is a CBT based resource that helps you reframe negative thoughts and reframe your cognitive distortions. When you have an anxious thought you open the app and walk through the steps. It also has some other pieces that I haven’t tried out yet.
I like it so far so I thought I would stop by and share in case it might help someone else!!
