Try "Hope and Help For Your Nerves" by Dr. Claire Weekes. There are videos of her on YouTube.

For me- really good books- the genre is unimportant, as long as they are intellectually stimulating and allow for reflection/self-reflection. Though perhaps I shouldn't comment because I panic rarely, but only if my anxiety skyrockets.
