Okay Mel...I had to look up what the color stood for..here it goes....it symbolizes the bond of friendship, the taste of success. Joy is one of the meanings!!!, as that is one of the feelings yellow is said to evoke....spot on my friend...you're fantastic...thank you so so much!

Oh, Beautiful I'm so glad you saw my post. I've been thinking of you & our other friends who live in the polar vortex area. The flu?.... oh, I hope you had someone to take good care of you. And that you are feeling better... no shovling snow for you.

Sorry I have no idea what kind of flower it is. It grows in our yard, kind of viney ... I do love it's yellow flowers. And I do love you. So happy to wake up & see a response from you. A ton of hugs, so much love & sunshine, because I'm sure you need it.

Oh my..these are growing in your yard???Pick them and put them in a vase...too pretty to just live outside....and they will cheer you!!! Maybe if you dry the flower there will be a seedhead...not sure on that!!!

Yes, they are. Our pup isn't a fan though. Though it's nice to have him curl up with me while I watch tv or read.
