Hi folks, I wanted to give you a quick update, I’m in my 7th at an in care treatment center. So far it has been an amazing experience seeing that there are many others struggling with some of the same issues as I have been. It’s a full schedule of medical, Phyc and holistic reviews. The real work starts tomorrow. It’s not a fix all but they seem to work hard to teach you the tools to succeed. I will try to do regular updates when possible. Good luck all!

I am going into inpatient care in a few days. I’m looking forward to getting the care I need. Makes me feel calmer about it knowing someone else is having a good experience.
