I feel like dying

Somebody please help.

I can't relax , am feeling dizzy lightheaded and a raising heart and on top of that I ha e to attend a function I can not miss even.if I wanted to.

I feel as if am about to die and my stomach hurts real bad.

Hey Kelvin.Try to sit down, breath normally and calm down. It's gonna take a while for the panic attack to subdue. Just take your time. Don't think about the function yet. It's painful but you are not gonna die.You'll be ok after a while like always
