Hope u feel better soon. I take 1000 mg of vit C n Alka Selzer cold plus. put vicks on my chest n on the bottom of my feet with warm socks. have some chicken soup or tjthe e Vietnamese soup called Pho Vin. It helps!!! sending u a feel bettet energy hug. 🌻
