The past week or so I have been having strange sensations, it's hard to describe so bear with.
Whenever I'm on my feet or out or walking for a while I get a strange sensation wash over me, it's like I can feel it wash all over my body and my legs get weak and feel like they're about to stop working. Like its difficult to put one in front of another and my body and mind just want to shut down. I get instantly scared over nothing and my hearing changes, i get worried I'm going to collapse because of it. It comes in waves and only last about 20 seconds ish.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Or experienced something like it? I'm doing someone a favour and working in a pub tomorrow which means I'll be on my feet for a long time and I'm worried my legs will just give up on me.
Any help would be appreciated, I'm already extremely anxious about working in a new place and this isnt helping.

How did your day go? I know that sometimes stress and anxiety can do all sort of strange this to our body. When am anxious I also feel a bit funny but not exactly how you are feeling right now. I try destressing or relaxing a bit. I try deep breathing exercises and also talking myself out of my fear. Life can be very challenging sometimes but stay hopeful. If it persists for a longer time, then I suggest you seek help. Since you have the will to work and do something don’t let fear and uncertainty stop you. You will be great. This ( bit.ly/2U0Uduo ) resource was helpful. Will keep you in my prayers.
