Starting to feel shi*ty

After having a spell of not feeling much but also not feeling bad... Today has for some reason made me feel awful. The feeling of loneliness and failure are super overwhelming and out of nowhere and just knocked me for six.

They have a phone number where you can speak to individuals who will help you make connections locally as well as offer you resources to help heal your heart.
