U no I don’t know what is worse being physically sick or mentally.. i wish the world would understand that it’s the same I have to go to Work and be around people

I understand, suffering from anxiety and depression is bad enough then to be sick as well is just too much, feel so weak today. Do the people you work with know how you suffer? I told my work colleagues and they are very supportive.
