It is with the deepest sadness that I have to tell you all my son took his own life yesterday so I thought of you kind people to inform you and thank you for you support of trying to help him me and his mother are heart broken

That has got to have been so difficult. As a parent, I understand. Sometimes talking

with a stranger is easier. I hope in some small way, I was able to comfort him by

As a mother of 2 older children and a teenager, I can say. I have never suffered this loss. I feel for you and the family. I have only been in the group for around 3 months now. I do not know of your son's issues. I know each one of us would not be on this website if not for needing support. I am so very sorry for your loss. When we take our lives. It is those we leave behind who suffer so badly. I have recently recovered from a 40-year mental illness. It was Anorexia. I know that I will recover daily. I have my struggles yet. I am ok. I hope you can access your son’s posts, i had very recently contacted him after reading a message you posted when he was in hospital. I want you to know i tried to reach him. I told him your post had brought me to tears , that how much you loved him came through loud and clear. He did contact me but i fear it was too late already. He is at peace now, this leaves you and your wife in an awful place but i hope that eventually you and his mum can come to terms with this terrible tragedy . I hope you find peace in your lives .
