Found out I am Pregnant today! I am very excited about this news, but also terrified. I remember how awful my depression got after my first son and am so scared it will get that bad again. I can handle the moderate symptoms but I'm worried about them getting worse after delivery.

Congrats on your pregnancy. It is normal to moderate after giving birth to fall in a temporary phase of depression. With you understanding and experiencing the depression already is an advantage for you. With you understanding the level of depression you were in after your first child it should put you in better preparation following your second child.

Also remember it may not even get that bad either. Try not to overwhelm yourself.

With you being excited shows a positive response to your pregnancy. Try to keep as much as you can on the positive side. It will be much more beneficial.
