So my year started off at the psychologist... Anti depressants was doubled up and have an effect in about 4-6 weeks. In the meantime im trying my best. I feel hopeless, unworthy and gained an horrific amount of weight.... So hard work and right mindset needed to lose again.

Still cry myself to sleep at night. Sleep 2-4hrs a night... Interrupted... So im beyond tired and emotional.

I’m fairly new here but it sounds like you need to stop and take a breath. I’m sorry you are sad! Such extreme fatigue can certainly exacerbate symptoms. Have you tried techniques for sleeping besides meds? Don’t want to repeat what you may already know, but I have found I need reminders. Progressive relaxation, calming sounds CDs, etc. happy and relaxing thoughts being sent your way!

Hey there ,

I have read your story and it’s bring me memories from my past it’s was quite five years ago I felt debating about everything I didn’t eat because I got weight up from my medication ! I wasn’t happy I lost my mom and I completely broke down I was hospitalised it’s was very hard... but I’m out of all that now and I live normal life I didn’t give up I lived for my baby girl !!

Wishing you all the best cuddles and kisses xx

I'm so sorry your year is starting off so hard. Even the thought of a fresh start can be overwhelming and stressful since we fear failure and also success. I have found that taking magnesium and ginseng helped me and many others a lot. They calm the mind body and spirit and get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop around. Also, have you tried the keto diet? It is not low calorie, and you don't have to starve yourself. Many find that mentally they do much better when on it since you avoid grains completely and sugar, so it resets you and is so much healthier for your gut and mind. You sleep better and have much more energy and focus with it. It is also called the Low Carb Diet or LCHF diet. You've got this, you can do it, and you are worth trying for. <3 With the anxiety you are experiencing, at least try the magnesium. Also, if you can't afford the counselor, many churches near you might have it free of charge. Best to you, Best for you, you are a treasure!
