Confused

I have mixed emotions and feelings , I realised that sometimes I feel happy but the another minute I feel anger and sadness I can cry but then the mood changes again within five minutes.

Can anyone tell why I feel like that

Hi Justlittle, I'm sorry you are feeling this way. I don't know that there is one answer to your question. I don't know what age you are but I remember as a teenager and in my 20's having real highs and lows which I believe now to be a combination of hormone changes and a difficult and confusing home life. If you think it might be this you could take some medical advice and perhaps consider herbal meds to help balance hormone fluctuations. It might also be that you have something going on in your life that you feel you have little control over. Maybe you could think about some of these things? The easy answer is you are human. Are you on any Rx to help regulate / moderate the swings? The gym is YHE BEST way to reduce those swings

I’m on medication for couple months ,but still emotions keep going up and down
