Hi all my friends this anxiety is really suffocating me. I can’t sleep feeling I am going to die can’t stop this panic crying all day long going to my Drs this morning.I have been on Prozac and metazapine with no success any advice on what do do next thank you

I hurt with you because I have been there. Be honest with your doctor and try a different med. for now, practice deep breathing. Breathe in through your nose, hold it, exhale through mouth. Focus on just the act of breathing.
