Family. Everyone in my family is so angry all of the time and everyone is always fighting and I feel that I can’t even spend New Years Eve with a peaceful state of mind. Not to mention at this time last year I was engaged to a guy I broke up with about 3 months ago. So I guess I’m just in despair because I feel so much more miserable than I used to.

I too rang in the NewYear in tears. 😢 You are not alone. Many times there is no answer to what has you upset. It just is...... its a state of being with so many facets all intertwined.
