Anxiety relief

So i been on all different anxiety meds. But i still am struggling with it at night. If i am anxious i wake up in my sleep. At times it turns into panic attacks. I try breathing, and grounding. Does anyone know some good tips for dealing with sudden anxiety.

Hi what a pretty name. Can you identify where you feel the anxiety. I mean physically? For me, its the top of my stomach near chest. Try placing your hand on the spot where you feel it while your breathing or taking yourself through ‘grounding’ techniques. This helps me to realize it is real, but that i am also taking some action to reduce it. It also reminds me that right here, right now - I’m OK. Prayers while i’m Touching the spot also help, if you’re so inclined. Best wishes to...

I have found that I need to get up and move around for a few minutes. I get a drink of water and then go back to bed. Then I fall into a good deep sleep, probably because I am exhausted from the anxiety.
