Feel like a right eejit got super drunk last night and fell asleep outside... Got a lift home from paramedics... Anxiety through the roof today and it's only my first day off

Don’t feel too down about it! I’ve done worse when drunk. And they’ve definitely seen much worse than that!!! I know the day after drinking I get really bad anxiety. I call it ‘hangxiety’ with my hangover. I try to chill for the day and drink lots of water. Take some vitamins. Usually wears off later in the evening.

hi it happened to me about 5 year ago.i had been out with my friends for a few the pub was really warm and I was feeling drunk but not well also.as soon as I walked out I just collapsed.i woke up with two blonde woman staring down at me I thought I won a watch until I seen the green uniforms.i got up and thankfully was able to walk home.

Thanks for your replies, the hangover has shifted after two days now just the embarrassment and anxiety... Away to do some last minute shopping then gonna chill for s couple days.

Voiceless, there you go. We may all make choices that we regret, but the idea

behind it is getting back up, doing what we have to do.
