Honestly am overwhelmed by emotions the funny thing is i don't know what triggered all this emotions just found myself crying endlessly. I feel like am drowning am exhausted

That happens to me when overwhelmed because my thoughts tend to race then it’s hard to catch and change the negative intrusive thoughts to know what had triggered a feeling.
