Does anyone have any skin issues from anxiety? I’m going to a dermatologist today but I have a feeling I know the culprit.

Skin issues
I have had serious skin issues. Diagnosed with exema, but when my anxiety was under control it improved greatly.
I went to the dermatologist and she is saying it could be viral. She took a couple biopsies.
Our skin is our biggest organ....I have had lots if skin issues ( rashes and itchy areas) over the years. Hard to say what any have been linked to...but ever ounce if our body is connected to our mind. I receive emails from tut.com, Notes from the Universe, every weekday. Today, rings loud for me. It may be helpful for us all here:
Today don’t think or say, "I’m tired," "I’m hurt," "I’m angry." Don’t even think or say, "I’m happy."
Instead, think and say, "I’ve chosen to be tired, hurt, angry." Or better still, "I’m choosing to be happy."
You don’t get “hit” by feelings, you feel them based on your perceptions, and you perceive based on your beliefs, and you believe as you choose.
You are your words,
The Universe
Hope this helps. I choose to have a great day.💓💗💓
I agree with that. I actually thinks it’s some kind of virus after talking to the dermatologist it kind of fits. I’m just not going to look at it and move on. Other than that though my head hasn’t been this clear in two years.
Because it is a pattern your brain has created. I get it, believe me. We have to find ways of retraining or brain ...and sometimes it takes some help. I am starting to see reults from the training I am doing at inner optimal health near me in So Cal. You can check out their page here as you candoit from anywhere:
I have a friend that has had results using a similar philosophy you can learn more about here:

there are a lot of tools out there we just need to find what works best for us. But here's the way I look at it if our brain is hardwired to fall back into the same patterns over and over again it's going to be really hard to get out of that loop unless we address it. Whenever you get in that loop just stopped yourself and take five deep breaths. Baby steps 💗💗💗
Hi. Yes, when Im super stressed and feel trapped in my situation, i get extremely dry spots on my elbows and neck when my anxiety is off the charts. It itches and basically just disappears when its ready. I just got it again after about 10 years of remission. My best to you
