Spending time in the great outdoors lifts your spirits. It has also been proven that, forest bathing, or spending some time amongst tree,s on a regular basis. can lower your heart rate and blood pressure, reduce stress, boost your immune system, increase focus and energy. And help improve your quality of sleep. Whats more this magical form of therapy is free. So take time whenever you can to get outside and be one with nature. And let it work its healing powers on you. A stroll in the outdoors will do you a world of good and give your mind time to work out problems.
