Just a quick word on me to update you. Was on 10mg citalopram reduced to 5mg now! Feel better with less, Dont think I need it anymore ! Next year I will stop taking it. Thats not to say people dont need meds at certain times in our life they are needed. But we need to monitor the results of them ! Good morning playmates how you diddling today.

Hi gerrerd, I totally agree with you in that there is a time and a place for medication.

However, it doesn't have to be a lifetime sentence. There also comes a time when
