Does anybody else get double vision sometimes? Like just a little bit nothing major like the outline of something has a little hazey area above it? My eyes are a little red. I had an eye exam last week and my eyes are healthy. Just wondering if anybody else goes through this??? It happens sometimes but not always there. If I relax my eyes, I see two images of everything that is reasonably close. I think everyone's eyes work like that. True double vision I suppose is where you lose control of your eye movements and so can't bring those images together. I don't think I've ever had that, but I have had what I think you're describing where some outlines are a bit hazy. It happens if my eyes are tired or dry.
Anxiety can cause the small muscles around the eyes to tighten. This can cause blurring and double vision. I have the same problem as you. I went to the eye doctor and she didn’t find anything. If your eye doctor doesn’t find anything then it’s very likely that it’s being caused by anxiety. I find when my anxiety is lower my eyes are better.
I hope this helps.
