I am so sorry you are going through this. School is the main reason for my anxiety most of the time so I know exactly what you are going through. Have you talked with anyone about what you are dealing with? That always helps me so I know that someone will be there for me through difficult times. I hope everything gets better and that you do well in graduate school!
