Life is shit without talking

Here I am sleeping with girlfriend whom I like but she's talking with someone and laugh all the time and I feel like I can't able to make her smile and only show her anger. It's near to 4.00 am she's still talking but I listen besides with angry and can't show what I feel. That's anxiety shut me up life.

Main is communication problem na. When I said something I feel myself low. So I used to queit.
