Thanksgiving and the effect it has on us all

Hello everybody:

It has been a while since I have been on here. I just wanted to tell you that as of now it has mostly been good for me. I wanted to tell you as well about the upcoming holiday season and the effect it has on all of us. Most of us don’t really have anyone to spend the holidays with, yet in the interim we all have each other and we make the best of the opportunity without thinking of worry whatsoever. So whatever you all do, make the top effort and enjoy!!

Happy Thanksgiving to you! I agree it’s a difficult time of year. My plans are to relax and try not to worry about things. I actually don’t celebrate the holidays very much. I just try to rest and do whatever I want and I prefer it that way.

You're right in that anticipation of a holiday can make our anxiety rise.

Remembering that we are not alone helps so much in knowing we are
