Sleepless nights

I have a problem with sleeping 😴 at night, but can sleep all morning. Seems like my depression is kicking in.

Maybe sleeping all morning is the reason you can't sleep at night.

Its maybe that your sleeping pattern is messed up, might not be because of depression.

maybe,try to be careful with the schedule and shift it to normality again. you need to stabilize your circadian rhythm cause it will make you depressed if not.I remember when I got in that place, and after 6-7 months in that chaos I tried to end my life.

Same thing.

I found that working especially learning something+ exercises and going to bed/ raising up same time every day works very well.

Not using caffeine pot cigs and eating healthy helps too.

I struggled with distorted sleep and deformed cicardian cycle for a long time. A LOT of anxiety and depression if not all comes exactly from sleeplessness.

Girlllll, MEEEE. I am always able to stay up all night & can sleep until like 1pm. We have to fix this, it's not a healthy habit. I used to work from 7pm-7am, so I think that this is one of the reasons, but I've also had trauma too. I hope you get your sleep pattern fixed. I'll be trying to fix mine too. Get you some rest. Try to set your clock for a certain time & get UP. No matter how hard it is. Around 10pm, go to bed. Don't even have your phone beside you. I know, it's soooo hard. I could literally lay in bed on my phone all night. I don't know if you need the tv on, but I don't. I can sleep in pitch blackness, so that's what I'm gonna keep trying. It can get better.
