I was looking for help on my social anxiety for free so I keep reading theses things for hours but then it asks me for money when I finally get to the end has anyone found anything for free that could help me ?

hey never pre pay anyone for help/support in any way.go to your gp and ask for local services that are free or affordable to you please don't give anyone money beforehand.always check if its an official registered site as well.

Eating pure, whole foods with no chemicals or preservatives or sugar in them improves anxiety symptoms for most of us. Conversely, eating processed foods and drinks typically increases symptoms in most of us!
