This thought occurred to me and I wanted to share it on here. I want to remind everyone to celebrate your accomplishments. No matter how small even if it’s just getting out of bed, or how big, celebrate every step forward to a better and brighter life. I’m rooting for everyone on here

I know not everyone can go out and get themselves a yummy treat or order good food, which is what I do. But here’s an idea: Tell yourself you did a good job today. Create a chart and list all the things you want to accomplish in a year, a month, a day - and tick them off as you accomplish them. Set small milestones and when you hit one, you’ll see how far you’ve come and be proud
I celebrated my feeling better today with my knee by cooking a 3 lb. pack of ground turkey into turkey burgers. i am almost done with them. I also made a pot full of pasta spaghetti. I owe this burst of energy to my ultra organized Wife. I do have depression/anxiety and a.d.d.
