Anxiety disorder and social phobia

Why god doesn't made a drug which change your brain chemistry forever. I am sick of over thinking and anxiety disorder. Loneliness in the world. Can't able to talk due to over think and shy. And also I am afraid of taking medication and alcohol to control anxiety. Anyone help me

well, your own body can do so much to help. feed it well, get good amount of rest, exercise and everything else in moderation. look at your day and see if there are things that you could do or change to reduce stress. alcohol certainly not good for mental health.
