I'm sorry to hear that. Loss of even those not real close adds stress, and reminds us of limitations and ends of what is familiar. All we can do is remember to do what is most important to us and let go of other fluff that rises to the top like old receipts do in our purse. Throw away unneeded clutter and focus on what is important like family, friends, love, health. The rest is just trash. Distractions in life can eat away at our time and energy. Prayers lifted for their family. Look for good news to focus on and renew your spirit. <3
