Does the time change make things worse?

For me, just having to walk to my car and drive home in the dark is something of a downer. Anyone else?

I always find my depression gets worse this time of the year with the time change. I go to work when it is still somewhat dark and come home in the dark. It is very hard.

I hate the time change. It feeds into my overthinking.

Me too, big time. Yesterday evening was the worst because it takes time to get used to it.
