Quit my job

Bc my boss was a bully and said a lot of mean things to me until broke down crying and now I just keep running everything over and over in my mind like it’s my fault. Why can’t I just be at peace?

I’m going through something similar right now. My boss has been blaming me for everything that my subordinates do wrong. Yes it is my job to watch over them but nothing is ever good enough for her. I can’t shake the feeling that it’s my fault. I don’t get it either. I wish we could find a way to shake this feeling.

It was probably best for your health. I cant handle being yelled at or treated badly either. I cry a lot. Easier said.
