Some days it feels like just getting out of bed and taking a shower is the best I can do. I feel like that is an accomplishment...but it also makes me feel weak but, I take what I can? Anyone else feel this way?

It doesn’t matter on the size or nature of the accomplishment. It’s the positivity in doing it. Make that habit forming and you’ll be able to tackle bigger and bigger things. Keep it going 👍👍👍👍👍👍
hey that's great that you done that pat on the back.when life drags you down its hard to do anything sometimes.see tomorrow or the next day do one thing extra and every couple of days add something else on to it.do it at your pace though don't rush yourself.
