Does anybody else feel anxious on Sunday nights and Monday mornings? It's like Monday and Tuesdays are HELL for me (Tuesday being my busiest day at work) and then throughout the rest of the week it starts to gradually go down but then Sunday night BOOM it's back... I start to stress about the week coming up and I almost feel that I start to depersonalize every sunday night and it carries into Monday and Tuesday. Thursday at 5 pm when i get off of work I feel an instant sense of relief...
Every Sunday the anxiety increases and then by the end of Monday it has improved if work has been okay. Friday comes and I feel good and then I crash on Saturday and Sunday it starts all over again. I have tried to just relax on Sundays with the idea it will help me to get geared up for the next week but that doesn't seem to help. So sometimes I push myself to accomplish work but the more I rush around trying to get things done the more the anxiety increases. So at this point I haven't found anything that helps.
