I am wondering if anyone knows of an actual organization that offers free online help for panic attacks? I have found some online but all seem to end up as people trying to get you into a facility for help or it cost money. I would love to be able to call a number when having a panic attack to be able to talk to someone who understands anxiety and can help. If anyone knows please list. Thank you

Not sure where you live. In the US you can text the crisis text line. It's for any crisis not just suicide. You just text Home to 741741 and someone will reply to you (although there may be a wait).
