Panic/anxiety attack
I was feeling this way the past few days! I used lavender oil, Epsom salt baths, and guided meditations. If you go to YouTube and search guided meditations for panic attacks they helped me alot. Hope that your anxiety decreases fast!
Go for a walk, journal and write about it, listen to calming music, get into conversations with people and take your mind off the anxiety or do some stretching. I hope you feel better 💜
I am sorry for what you are going through. Try to practice self-compassion. There is an app 'headspace' where you could listen to guided meditations on deep breathing and anxiety. Deep breathing will be beneficial. Try also to repeat some positive affirmations.
I am sure you will overcome this one. You always did.
Lay down and close your eyes. I like to pray or read the Bible as well. A massage helps relieve physical tension.
Deep breaths and warm baths !
