My stomach doesn't feel good, so the thoughts start...
Anxiety kicks in. .. so my stomach gets worse... more thoughts... more anxiety...
Great way to start the day...
Scared that something's wrong... scared to find out if something's wrong...
Who else goes thru this...?

Try do take slow breaths in through your nose out through your mouth. It is very helpful, I do it. Are you able to take your mind to a happy place or time? I'm here for you. I wish the rays of sunshine follow you throughout your day! Love, peace, light, joy & hugs!
I have similar feelings. My anxiety is a feeling of not being safe. I’m not scared that I’m going to get into an accident or anything like that. It’s more about feeling alone, misunderstood, and disconnected.
I searched for meditation music on YouTube - specifically to address anxiety and negative thoughts. I close my eyes, take deep breaths, and listen. This has been helpful. I really wish I could feel safe though.
Hi- Reading articles about the benefits of thinking positive had been very helpful to me. I used to be a worrier but someone advised me to think of happy thoughts and if I do that, there would be no room for negative. So I did but it was not automatic. There are days that I struggle but eventually it works. When negative thoughts come in, I start to think something lovely and praise worthy. Try this too and I hope it will help you to overcome anxiety.
