Anxiety is no fun. So since what time have u been awake. I woke up all of a sudden 30 min ago. Now I'm thinking I'm a die lol.

That sucks then especially after you ate cookies. You would think that would be calming. Me I just woke up and now I'm here thinking I'm a die. Oh lord I hate this.
