Hello all. I am new here and am not sure how this site works tbh.
A little about me: I am 20 yrs old and have been living with depression/anxiety for as long as I can remember. However, I was officially diagnosed 3 yrs ago. I have never tried something like this before, but what I’m doing now isn’t helping, so I figured I’d try something new— in the hopes that I’d find some relief. I am exhausted. I am tired of feeling the way I do.
If you took the time to read, thank you.

Through counselling, my friend had overcome depression so try to visit your doctor regularly to help you manage your emotions. Exercise or walking outdoor is also a good way of uplifting someone’s mood. I hope you will remain hopeful and you will overcome depression. Take care, you are in my prayers.
