I don’t understand
How many hours of sleep are you getting?
8 hours of sleep
Hmm. You should feel well rested. Are you eating anything before bed? Have you seen a doctor about it?
Do you have depression if so that could be the reason that was the reason with me
Yes I have depression
I went through clinical depression and anxiety on an off for 18 years. Someone recommended acupuncture to get rid of both. After 5 sessions I was free of both. I recommend you try it but first make sure that the doc has treated people for Depression and anxiety and had success
That's great to hear techguy. I used acupuncture for Migraines years ago and it worked amazingly. There's room in seeing what methods are out there for anxiety and depression besides meds. x
I took so many meds that I could’ve started my own pharmacy LOL after five sessions of directed acupuncture meaning needles put in the appropriate places and the acupuncturist have had success with dealing with depression I was cured I feel so great today in comparison to all the Med
If you go To the acupuncturist make sure that he or she have had success with dealing with depression I was cured I feel so great today in comparison to all the mega symtoms
I understand all too well
Im like that during the week
Same here..
I have that issue also, Kayla! I am so sorry you’re still struggling. I am here for you if you need me. <3
In talking to others with depression, as well as myself, it seems that all of us have problems with sleep. Feeling tired when I woke up was a major problem for me. For some of us the brain does not turn off completely, yet we seem to be asleep! The deep REM sleep we need is not normally available to us. So we feel like zombies. Depressing, in and of itself! What is working for me is a combination of things: a minor change in meds that make my depression med working better and keeping me active during the day, melatonin a half hour before bedtime, and finding out that a med (for another condition) I have to take at night, needs to be taken 2 to 4 hours before bedtime! My pharmacist told me that after I asked if any of my meds cause sleep problems! I now sleep much deeper than I have for decades! Reviewing all actions can help pinpoint something unexpected. Changing it can change everything.
There are sleep therapy doctors and acupuncturists that specialize in helping people who don't reach REM do so. I've heard a lot of good about them. But, do checkout your meds. For a while I was taking my anti-depressant in the PM, big mistake. Lately I was taking a breathing assist at bedtime. That was my recent issue. There is help out there. Please keep in touch. I'd like to hear your journey.
